My journey in life has consisted of a lot of homeopathic ways to get better. So when I naturally decided to go to Power Total Health. It was just another means of a holistic choice for me to get better naturally.
Before I started, my neck was so bad, I couldn’t even look up. My headaches were continually through the week and got worse. I even had to hold my neck with my hands to move it. I suffered with those symptoms for 6 months or more and on a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being the worst, it was probably 7 to 8! The pain also kept me from getting a good night’s rest and my days feeling very fatigued and worn out! I would take Motrin, at least 6 to 8 per night plus Flexural at 10mg. It was my routine that I got used to but wanted a change.
When I decided to go to Power, walking in the office I was convinced that chiropractic would change my life. I even brought my family eventually and it helped with all their conditions because they are all very active in sports. Chiropractic care has been a game changer for us. Our symptoms of headaches, neck issues and back problems have improved immensely. I don’t need to take medication anymore and I believe in trying chiropractic before thinking about surgery or other medical intervention. I am a true believer in it!!!!
