I’m a preschool teacher at Clovis Unified. I have quite a task keeping up with a bunch of 3 & 4year-olds! My tasks consist of a lot of squatting and kneeling. Sometimes is hard to stay focused with the arthritis in my knees and my lower back. Getting up is a big chore.
I was just diagnosed with Osteoarthritis and it’s advanced. I’m trying to manage it, but my primary physician wants to replace both my hips and knees. I have also been seeing a physical therapist for my meniscus. Just to cope I usually will take ibuprofen 600 mg to takt the edge off.

It doesn’t feel like a typical doctor’s office. They have a special touch that makes you feel at home. I will absolutely refer everybody to Power Total Health if they want a different experience!
