While I was pregnant, I got induced carpal tunnel and then have always had numbness and tingling in my wrists. Also, lifting patients that weigh 400 pounds didn’t help either. I was in a lot of pain!!! The sharp radiating pain limited my range of motion and caused decreased strength. I would say my pain level was an 8 out of 10.
